WILD/RIVET

Service Agreement

Last updated: September 13, 2026

These service terms apply when a business client accepts a Wild Rivet order, offer, statement of work, invoice, or payment request that incorporates these terms. The specific accepted order controls the service package, price, currency, scope, timing, and any approved exceptions.

No public-price checkout.

A website price is informational. A payable order is created only after qualification and an approved, locked offer snapshot. The payment amount is generated server-side from that order and is not taken from a browser-entered price.

1. Services

Wild Rivet provides paid acquisition services that may include Google Ads setup or rebuild, keyword and competitor research, campaign structure, advertising copy, conversion tracking, landing-page review, landing-page design and development when included, and ongoing optimization.

The exact deliverables are the items included in the accepted order. Work outside that scope requires a separate approval, change order, or new order.

2. Current launch options

Ads Launch: Google Ads setup or rebuild, research, campaign structure, ad copy, conversion tracking, review of the client’s existing landing page, and the first 30 days of optimization. A new landing page is not included.

Ads + Landing Launch: Ads Launch plus one new conversion-focused landing page, landing-page copy/design, form integration, tracking integration, and deployment as stated in the accepted order.

Ongoing Management: month-to-month campaign optimization after the initial launch period, including search-term review, negative keywords, budget/bid adjustments, ad testing, tracking checks, reporting, and minor CRO/text/form improvements to the existing landing page. Creation of a new landing page is outside monthly management unless specifically added.

3. Advertising spend and third-party costs

Google Ads media spend is paid directly by the client to Google and is not included in Wild Rivet service fees. Domains, paid software, paid data, third-party hosting, and other external costs are excluded unless the accepted order expressly includes them.

4. Client responsibilities

The client will provide timely access to advertising accounts, analytics, websites, domains, business information, brand assets, and other materials reasonably required for the agreed scope. The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of claims, offers, licenses, regulated-business requirements, and information supplied to Wild Rivet.

5. Approvals and changes

Wild Rivet may request approval of an offer, brief, landing page, tracking setup, campaign structure, or other material before launch. Delays in access or approvals can change delivery timing. Material scope changes may change the price or schedule.

6. Fees and payment

Fees and currency are set in the accepted order. Payment processing may be provided by WayForPay or another disclosed provider. Payment provider fees, exchange mechanics, and settlement are handled under the applicable provider arrangement. Wild Rivet does not rely on an untrusted browser value to determine the payable amount.

7. Ongoing management and cancellation

Ongoing Management is month-to-month unless the accepted order says otherwise. The client may cancel future periods before the next billing date. Refund and cancellation rules are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Accounts and ownership

Where practical, advertising and analytics accounts should remain under the client’s ownership. After full payment for the applicable deliverable, the client may use final client-specific landing-page content and advertising assets created under the order. Wild Rivet retains ownership of pre-existing methods, reusable code, internal templates, know-how, automations, and tools that were not created exclusively for the client.

9. No guarantee of advertising results

Wild Rivet does not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, revenue, ranking, cost per lead, return on ad spend, or platform approval. Results depend on factors including demand, competition, advertising budget, offer, sales process, pricing, geography, platform behavior, and client operations.

10. Third-party platforms

Google, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, domain registrars, and other third parties operate under their own terms and may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features. Wild Rivet is not responsible for a third party’s independent outage, policy decision, account restriction, or platform change, but will reasonably assist with issues within the agreed scope.

11. Confidential information

Each party will use reasonable care with non-public business information received from the other and will use it only as needed to perform or receive the services, comply with law, or protect legitimate rights.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the services. Any mandatory rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

13. Governing terms

The contracting seller is a Ukrainian sole proprietor. The seller’s full legal name, registration/tax details, and payment details are stated in the accepted order, invoice, or accompanying service document. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, the contractual relationship is governed by the laws applicable to that Ukrainian contracting entity.
