How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare Growth Reviews, communicate about requested services, provide and improve services, maintain business records, protect our website and systems, and comply with legal obligations.

Phone numbers and messaging

If you voluntarily provide a phone number, we may use it to contact you about the specific request you submitted. Providing a number does not enroll you in recurring SMS marketing or automated/prerecorded marketing calls. If Wild Rivet later offers a separate marketing text program, we will request separate consent where required.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the website and business, including website hosting and security providers, business email providers, and form-delivery providers. At launch, these include Cloudflare, Google Workspace, FormSubmit, and Google Analytics. These providers may process information on our behalf to perform their services.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic, referral sources, and whether important actions such as Growth Review submissions occur. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser technologies. At launch, Wild Rivet does not enable Google signals or ad-personalization signals through the site’s Google Analytics configuration.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers as described above, professional advisers when reasonably necessary, and government or legal authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or security. We do not sell form-submitted contact information.

Retention

Non-client inquiry information is generally retained for up to 24 months, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary because of an ongoing business relationship, security issue, legal obligation, dispute, or recordkeeping requirement. Client records may be retained longer as necessary for contractual, tax, accounting, and legal purposes.

State privacy rights

Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply to Wild Rivet, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, and in some circumstances to opt out of certain uses or disclosures. We will process verified requests as required by applicable law.

To submit a privacy request, email hello@wildrivet.com. If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a decision regarding a privacy request, you may use the same email address and state that your request is an appeal.

California

If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to Wild Rivet, California residents have the rights provided by that law, including rights relating to access, deletion, correction, and certain opt-outs. The Notice at Collection above describes the categories of information collected through our Growth Review form and the purposes for collection.

Wild Rivet is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.

International processing

Wild Rivet and its service providers may process information in jurisdictions other than the state or country where you are located. Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between jurisdictions.
